Ten Tips for Adults Healthy Eating Classes January 24th at 11 a.m.

“Ten Tips for Adults” will focus on ten easy changes you can make to your lifestyle to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet, learn what a whole grain IS and how to identify it, learn about Nutrition Facts labels and what you should be looking out for and how to save money at the grocery store. Each class will have a recipe sample for you to try as well as a small free gift as thanks for your participation. Class meets 4 times starting January 3rd and ending January 24th.
