Want to burn calories while having fun? Dance Fitness combines strength-training movements with high-intensity cardio to bumpin’ beats to help you burn calories and tone your muscles as you get your groove on. Classes incorporate a variety of dance styles, including: hip-hop, belly dancing, salsa, tango, cumbia, samba, Bollywood,
ballet, and more. Think of Zumba, but with more variety!
Have two left feet? No problem! Routines are designed for all levels of dancers and non-dancers, and can be modified for low-impact,or for a lower intensity. Grab your dancing shoes, and come bust a move!
Classes will run from March 22 to May 10 on Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:00.
Program is free to all participants and provided through a grant by the Oak Grove School Foundation
