Summer Camps

The Newport Cultural Center is pleased to offer five weeks of summer camps for children ages 8 and up and four weeks of summer camp for children up to age 7. The camps will run from 9:30 to 12:30 Tuesday through  Friday beginning on July 9th. Our exciting weekly themed camps emphasize fun with age-appropriate hands-on experiences and activities. If you are interested in the camps, please click here to download the registration form.

Pre-registration is required and space is limited. The camps are free and lunch will be provided through the RSU 19 lunch program. Children ages 8 and up may be dropped off at the Cultural Center at 9:30 (please no early drop-offs, the Cultural Center does not open until 9:30). Children under 8 years need to be accompanied by an adult. Pickup is at 12:30 – please no late pickups.

If you sign up for a camp and are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. If you pre-register, do not attend, and fail to notify us, you will not be able to sign for future upcoming programs and events at the NCC. We often have a waiting list for programs and when individuals who sign up do not attend, it prevents others from participating. Thank you for your consideration.
